Welcome Back to Another Year!

Here we are back at it again!  I look forward to advising Builders Club again!  Please listen to the announcements for the first meeting which will probably be in the middle of September.  We generally meet every Tuesday during 7/8th grade lunch in my room.  Watch for more to come!

Information

There has been a lot going on in Builders Club this year!  We have sold Eskymo Eye-Black for Homecoming and Boo-Grams for Halloween.  We are in the process of selling "Orange and Black Fights Back" t-shirts for our Eskymo Family Members who are fighting cancer.  All the proceeds will be donated to them.

Beginning this week, we will be promoting a Popcorn Canned Food Drive for the Salvation Army. We will be asking students to donate two canned food items in exchange for a bag of popcorn that will be delivered on Tuesday, November 25th, during 6th Hour.   We will then continue our canned food drive beginning Monday, December 1st through Wednesday, December 17th.  This will be a competition amongst the Junior High classes.  Our goal is to exceed 2,000 cans!

Builders club clothing will be available for purchase beginning Tuesday, November 25th.

On December 5th, Builders Club members will be participating in the Escanaba Christmas Parade.....watch for our Country Christmas Spirit Trailer.

Lastly, on December 12th and 13th, Builders club members will be Bell Ringing for Salvation Army in front of Shopko.

I look forward to the new school year and all the fun and exciting activities it will bring.  Please continue to keep watch for the first meeting date for the kick start to Builders Club.  I look forward to all of the fun things we do like a spooky halloween activity/fundraiser, can food drives, Salvation Army Bell Ringing during the holiday and our delicious Sayklly candy bar fundraiser!
